To maintain its leadership, the poultry franchise in ceva will reenforce its vet services by recruiting a Vet leader at corporate level.
You will be part of the team whose mission is to provide leadership and strategic direction to the Vet Services Team members to continuously improve the product leadership and the customer intimacy.
Indeed focusing on the respiratory diseases (Newcastle disease, H9, ILT, ?)
You will ensure the product leadership by creating a high internal and external level of confidence on our strategic vaccines.
Selecting the key scientific information, you will provide sufficient data and communication tools to demonstrate the superiority and the added value of our strategic vaccines.
You will be instrumental to ensure the knowledge management within the poultry franchise and will continuously train, educate and coach our local vet services managers in order for them
-to follow up the most appropriate test protocols and SOPs
-to understand the customers needs
-to implement the key vet services projects (awareness- monitoring -troubleshooting)
You will be part of the team that will provide the technical guidances needed to follow up the SAM/KAM process and to ensure business goals are met through alignment of Vet services team in conjonction with the sales forces.
Profile and skills
Graduated of Animals Science (Vet, agro,..) or MS, PhD, MBA, in a relevant discipline is preferred, but not required. You have 5 to 10 years of experience in life science industry or animal health in a veterinary services or R&D department
Solid expertise in veterinary medicine, poultry diseases, production and management, husbandry, animal well-being/welfare, diagnostics or use of vaccines in disease prevention/control programs is necessary.
Proven successful public speaking and presentation skills are required
Fluent English, oral and written essential in an international context and Ability to travel (will include overnight travel).

Ability to communicate and discuss with all the players in the Poultry market: Veterinarians, scientists, production manager, general manager
